When a logged-in user starts a new form, the system automatically populates key fields such as their name, rank, department, the vessel's name, IMO number, and the current date. This not only saves significant time but also dramatically reduces data entry errors, ensuring consistency across all records.

Every completed form creates two things: a tamper-proof, auditable PDF record for evidence, and a set of structured data points that feed into our analytics dashboard .
