Clarity is crucial, so we've designed a 'Triage' reporting screen. When a user clicks 'New Report,' they aren't immediately presented with a complex form. Instead, they see four simple buttons: 'Incident,' 'Near Miss,' 'Non-Conformity,' and 'Observation,' each with a brief, one-sentence definition below it (e.g., 'Near Miss: An event that did not result in injury or damage, but had the potential to do so'). This guides the user to the correct, simplified form for their specific event, ensuring you get consistent and accurate data from the very beginning.

Yes, our system acts as the central hub for all communication. Once the initial report is submitted and approved by the DPA, the platform can be configured to generate different, standardized report formats (like a P&I Club notification or a Charterer's initial report) using the data already entered. This prevents the Master from having to re-type the same information multiple times. It ensures that all stakeholders get the correct information quickly, while maintaining a clear log of who was notified and when.

Our system is built for the maritime reality of 'low-bandwidth, high-latency' environments. The onboard application automatically compresses photos and videos to a manageable size before transmission, without losing critical detail. Furthermore, it uses an intelligent synchronization protocol that sends data in small, efficient packets. This is the ultimate goal of incident management. Once an investigation is closed, our system allows the DPA to create a formal 'Lessons Learned' summary. This summary can then be distributed to the entire fleet as a mandatory ’Safety Bulletin' via our integrated Document Management module. You can track who has acknowledged reading the bulletin, and you can even link it to a required change in a specific risk assessment or procedure.
