When a crew member completes a job in the Planned Maintenance System and marks a spare part as used, the inventory is updated automatically. No manual entries, no forgotten reports.
Set minimum and maximum stock levels for every single component. When the onboard quantity drops to the minimum re-order point, the system automatically alerts the superintendent and can even generate a draft requisition in the Procurement module.
Know exactly where every part is. Our system supports multiple storage locations within a vessel (e.g., Engine Store, Deck Store, Bridge) and can manage complex components with sub-assemblies and child parts.
Transform the tedious annual inventory count. Use a tablet or mobile device to scan QR codes and perform cycle counts or full stock-takes digitally. Discrepancy reports are generated automatically saving dozens of administrative hours.
Know what’s onboard at any moment. From engine room spares to consumables, gain total transparency into vessel inventory without guesswork.

Automatically balance inventory across the fleet. Prevent critical part shortages and eliminate costly overstocking.
Enable crews to raise requisitions based on actual stock levels and job plans— cutting down on delays, misorders, and paperwork.

Our dedicated onboarding team guides you through this. We provide tools and a proven methodology to make the initial data entry as efficient as possible, including options for bulk uploads from existing spreadsheets. We turn this one-time task into the foundation of years of efficiency.
Our system uses a unique, internal stock number for every component. You can then link multiple supplier part numbers, manufacturer details, and even photos to that single item. This ensures that when you need a "purifier bowl seal," you can easily order it from any approved vendor, even if they all call it something different.
Yes. You can create your own categories and apply different rules to each. For example, "Critical" spares can have higher minimum stock levels and more urgent re-order alerts than "Consumables" like rags or cleaning supplies, ensuring you focus your attention where it matters most.
We have a specific 'Off-Vessel Asset' status for this. When a high-value component like a turbocharger cartridge is landed for reconditioning, its status is changed within the system. It remains a part of your fleet's total asset value but is tagged with its current location (e.g., 'At Workshop XYZ'). You can attach the service orders and track the reconditioning costs against it. When it returns to the ship, its status is updated. This ensures you never lose financial or operational sight of your most valuable spares that can be circulated between your fleet, workshop or warehouse.
